The international competitiveness of construction enterprises is one of the crucial factors of construction industry development.This paper adopts factor analysis and cluster analysis to analyze the integrated competitiveness of construction enterprises during china accession to the WTO.Then it identifies their competitive advantages and the disadvantages elements.There is important practical significance for Chinese government departments and enterprises to Work out the scientific development strategy.

Based on the data of real estate investment and gross domestic production (GDP) of each province from 1997 to 2007, this paper tries to analyze the relationship between them by using Cointegration Test and Granger Causality Test.The research reveals that there is a long-term interaction between real estate investment and gross domestic production.Expanding real estate investment could stimulate the growth of gross domestic production, and the changes of GDP will also have effect on real estate investment.
