In recent years, with the guidance of national policies and industry trends, there are increasing prefabricated projects. Combining the BIM technology with project management, this paper puts forward the use of BIM technology to solve fabricated generally encountered in the process of project construction tower crane selection, precasting yard, prefabricated management solutions and prefabricated construction quality problems, which expects to provide certain reference for future engineering practice and promote the further development of BIM technology.

2018,10(2):88-93. doi: 10.16670/j.cnki.cn11-5823/tu.2018.02.18
The production capacity is one of the key indicators reflecting the factory producing prefabricated components, and the production arrangement mode of the components will have direct effects on the production efficiency and capability of prefabricated components. This paper applies the simulation experiment using Anylogic for the better automatized external wall prefabrication line, to analyze and calculate the productivity of PC components under the free-beat and fixed-beat production arrangement modes, respectively, and to discuss the applicable conditions for different production arrangement modes.

2019,11(4):88-95. doi: 10.16670/j.cnki.cn11-5823/tu.2019.04.14
This paper takes a project in Guigang as an example, and discusses the value of applying the BIM-based green construction technology in large-scale projects. Detailed analysis is conducted on the application of BIM technology in energy saving, land saving, material saving and environmental protection in green construction, and also thefeasibility of BIM application in water saving is discussed. Considering the actual situation of the project, the implementation effect and obstacles in application are analyzed in this paper, and the follow-up exploration direction of BIM in green construction is put forward. The BIM-based green construction technology is of great significance to realize the goal of 4S1P (Energy Saving, Land Saving, Water Saving, Material Saving and Environmental Protection) in green construction, as well as to save the project cost and to improve the benefit.

2018,10(6):113-118. doi: 10.16670/j.cnki.cn11-5823/tu.2018.06.19
The scale and number of prefabricated buildings are constantly expanding, and the type and number of components are required to increase greatly. However, the current component mass production standardization level is low, digital management level is not high, resulting in component production efficiency low and difficult to achieve the expected production capacity. In this paper, an improved genetic algorithm is proposed for the production scheduling optimization of PC component plant based on the actual situation of production line and the analysis of component scheduling process.

Mobile Devices Solution in Collaborative AEC Designing System
Liu Yang
2013,5(5):102-106.
In the last decades, the mobile devices had an astonishing growth rate and the smart phones became more and more popular throughout the world, it is significant to introduce more mobile applications into AEC industry in order to build an efficient way of communicating between owners, designers, constructors and other persons. This paper presents a mobile application which is designed to view architecture model, structure model or MEP model in 3D format, view project information and documentation and send feedback in text, image, sound or video format. While the transmission speed of the large-scale 3D-models in a limited band width is the major problem to be solved to satisfy the practical application requirements.Based on the authors' studying and development practice, the solutions were obtained which are presented in this paper, such as user interaction, display optimization technology and cross-platform technology.
