Research on Operation Management Platform—The Practice of ShenDu Mansion Operation Management Platform

BIM has been widely used in the design and construction phases, and the value of the BIM technology is widely recognized by everyone. But in the facilities management field, BIM is still in the initial stage. Based on the application and practice of the operation management platform of ShenDu mansion, a process of costuming, deploying, implementing local operation and maintenance platform is summed up by Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd. All kinds of key technologies of the platform are as follows, application data exchange standards, developing equipment classification and coding, operation and maintenance interacted with BIM model. Then, the effectiveness of the platform is described due to the operation management platform of ShenDu mansion.

Along with the development of design methods, architectural design are heading towards more free style shapes. This article mainly concentrates on the reasonable application of BIM in architectural design in Changsha Dawang Mountain Ice & Snow World and five-star Hotel projects.
