In recent years, the application of BIM technology in urban rail transit has emerged in large numbers. However, the modes, problems and understandings of various localities have changed greatly, which has led to the uneven application effect of BIM technology in urban rail transit. Based on the needs of the builders, this paper introduces in details the BIM overall management system of Beijing Subway Line 19, including BIM application standards, BIM collaborative work platform, BIM data integration and management platform, BIM applications at various stages and at typical work sites. Demonstration application provides a visual management tool for the construction management of the construction company, and provides implementation ideas for BIM technology applications in other cities..

2020,12(3):120-127. doi: 10.16670/j.cnki.cn11-5823/tu.2020.03.18
The engineering Phase 1 of the rail transit Line 1 and Line 2 project in Hohhot is the very first rail transit project in China operated under the full-investment PPP mode in China, which considers the BIM technology as one of major means to implement informatized management. From the life-cycle application of BIM, this paper introduces the life-cycle BIM application system in details, including: the BIM application standard, the BIM data integration and management platform, the BIM application in all different stages of the project, and the digital asset delivery. Hence, a full set of life-cycle BIM application method is formed, providing guidance for the digital construction of urban rail transit.

A New Index for Finite Element Mesh Shape Evaluate
Zhang Ji, Chen Dailin, Wang Hui, Liang Bo
2011,3(2):16-20.
Single element mesh shape evaluate index of ANSYS and SAP2000 is analyzed and summarized in the present paper.Based on this indexes, a new index is proposed. Benefit from the new index, not only single element mesh but also mesh compose of more elements can be evaluated. A cantilever beam problem is meshed by different shape and procedure programmed by C++ language is used to calculate this index of the mesh, after compared the solution with exact one, a conclusion can be draw that there is a strong correlation between the index value and the precision of solution. Multilayer and high-rise buildings mesh is also evaluated, the results show the index is still efficient and reliable.

The Implementation of Structure Model Data Exchange Interface Between PKPM and ETABS
Dong Likun, Wang Hui
2012,4(3):45-51.
In this paper, a method of different structural analysis program model data transformation is established through the intermediate structure of the generic model data description. Using this method, an interface program is developed to convert PKPM structure model to the ETABS e2k input modeling data file by Microsoft Visual C++.Through several engineering examples' comparison, the correctness and feasibility of the model transformation method and model conversion are verified.

2019,11(4):63-70. doi: 10.16670/j.cnki.cn11-5823/tu.2019.04.10
In recent years, increasing numbers of owners of urban rail transit projects recognize the value and advantages of BIM in project management, and some explorations have been made. But the BIM requirements of most projects are only based on individual technical cases, without consideration from the whole life cycle system. This paper proposes composition and construction methods of BIM implementation system of urban rail transit project based on the summary of BIM implementation experience in Beijing, Lanzhou, and Hohhot. The composition and characteristics of target system, organization system, model creation, application and management system, software and platform system and resource guarantee system are discussed respectively, and the problems in the process of implementation are also considered. The study in this paper can provide reference for BIM implementation of urban rail transit.
