BIM Application on Construction Phase of Lijia Jialingjiang River Bridge

Lijia Jialing River Bridge is the first beam camber deck bridge in China, which has the novelty in structural design, the complexity in construction and the complication in geological environment. During the construction process, high level BIM model (LOD 400) is developed. BIM technologies have been implemented, for example, integrated analysis, 3D clash detection and visualization helps the review and delivery process to improve the constructability of the bridge. BIM collaborative management platform can be established through integrating BIM, Project Management (PM) and integrated implementation of Internet of Things (IoT). It can uses the mobile terminal and IoT to enable live-time data collection, thus to achieve the collaborative operation between PC and mobile terminal to process the management in schedule, quality and safety, therefore, the performance of Lean Management can be improved. Artificial Intelligence (AI) smart image recognition system based on video streaming has been developed independently to enable the automatic detection of the person if wears helmet and safety vest, thus provides a strong construction supervision in safeties. It has effectively promoted the experience of practical BIM technologies through the exploration and the implementation of BIM technologies in bridge engineering.

This paper summarizes the development and research situation of active energy-saving technologies in green building, analyzes the existing problems in the development of active energy-saving technologies in China, and puts forward the scientific selection methods and development direction of active energy-saving technologies. provides a basis to the research of activing energy-saving building technology.

Application Analysis of Green Building Energy Saving Technology——Taking Suzhou Mingxin Environmental Science and Technology Building as A Case

Energy saving technology is playing an increasingly important role in green building. This paper summarizes the development of green building energy-saving technology at home and abroad. Based on the case of Suzhou Mingxin Environmental Science and Technology Building, uses digital simulation software for light insulation, insulation performance of exterior, annual load situation. The paper analyzes the application effect of energy saving technology in this case, combines the theory with case, compares the influencing factors, and puts forward suggestions to improve the indoor health environment, which is the reference for the further development of green building in China.
