The article introduces the background of informatization in quality and safety Supervision of deep excavation engineering. This study suggests applying information technology as a basic approach and method to Quality and Safety Supervision System in Deep Excavation Engineering (QSSSDEE). Based on the Modern Management Principles, Control Theory and Information Theory, this study fulfills the framework design for QSSSDEE, and designs the systemic structures and functions to service government supervision organizations and construction units. In the end, according to Wuhan Quality Supervision Station of Construction Project, the authors presents a discussion on the development realization process, function system, application of QSSSDEE, and summarizes the effects in the application of the system.

Nowdays, the construction of Large Bridge brings serious challenge to Project Management.This paper analyzed the challenge of managing a Large Bridge construction project basis the Project of Ying-wu-zhou Bridge, and put forth the targets of building the Controlling Information System of the Ying-wu-zhou Bridge Project in allusion to the characteristics of the project.The ending of the paper elaborated on the structure, function and application in the Ying-wu-zhou Bridge Project of the Controlling Information System.

The article introduces the background of supervision information system in construction project. Because of the current conditions and disadvantages of the supervision in construction project, this study suggests applying information technology as a basic approach and method to strengthening supervision in construction project. this study fulfills the framework design for supervision information system in construction project (SISCP), discusses functions of subsystems in SISCP. In the end, according to Wuhan supervision in construction project, the authors presents a discussion on the development realization process, function system and application of some subsystems in SISCP, and its future development.
