Research on BIM-based 3D Job Instruction

Based on the situation analysis of the traditional job instruction and 3D job instruction, this paper develops a BIM-based 3D instruction system, which combining with the traditional job instruction, takes the technical index, the key points of operation, and resource allocation as the core, the process flow as the main line, and the BIM model as the carrier.The system consists of basic databases, editing clients and browsing clients. The basic data is composed of BIM models and documents, which are stored in the cloud platform.Through editing clients can implement the import of basic data, the correlation between data, the audit and release of 3D job instruction, and etc. Browsing client can be used for the 3D visualization of the job instruction. The system developed in this paper enables mobile office and visual guidance on site construction of the job instruction, and forms aknowledge library of 3D job instruction, making the instruction more intuitive and convenient.

For a long time, the traditional quality management in the construction industry is divided into three parts, quality assurance system construction, on-site quality acceptance and quality defects management of finished products.The quality management of this model is carried out in the form of construction tasks, in the strict sense, the quality process management of the engineering structure itself is not carried out.With the increasing application of BIm in the construction industry, the process of building industrialization continues to advance.By means of structural components, standardized components, production processes, fine matching procedures and acceptance items.So that it is possible to explore the management of quality acceptance based on component.

Development of Delicate Adjusting Information Management System for the Slab Ballastless Railway Track

CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless railway track is an innovative slab ballastless track with completely independent intellectual property rights of China. As a new structure type of line construction for passenger special line, a complete set of construction techniques has been summed up.With the development of CRH (China Railway High-speed) Technology, the application of CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless railway track will be increasingly more extensive. Currently, with the continuous application of new technologies such as BIM (Building Information Modeling), IoT(Internet of things), big data, and etc., the construction site management is also improving in refinement, information, scientific degree. The development of delicate adjusting information management system for the slab ballastless railway track enables the storage of the construction data in track plate installation process in a true, complete and timely manner, which is later used for analysis and application to realize the full life cycle management of slab ballastless track construction in real sense. The system is of great construction guidance value and technical research value.
