Based on the rapid development of urban rail transit, this paper analyzes the advantages of shield tunneling for tunnel construction and management difficulties, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of existing shield construction information management system.By investigating the safety construction requirements of the Wuhan Sanyang Road Cross-river Tunnel Project, a safety operation support system for shield construction was developed. This paper first introduces the concept of Browser/Server (B/S) network architecture adopted by the system, then further elaborates the system structure framework, development platform and technology, and lastly introduces in details the main functions of the system, namely: multi-project management, shield construction record online filing, shield parameters of remote monitoring, shield parameter analysis, time statistics and other functions. The system has deployed the site of Wuhan Sanyang Road Cross-river Tunnel Project, which has played a positive role in the safety construction and project management, as well as achieved good results in practice.

2014,6(3):50-54.
Based on overlapping tunnel section from Hongshan Square Station to Zhongnan Road Station of Line No.2 and Line No.4 of Wuhan Metro, this paper proposed a principle of "finish the following part first" for subway construction considering the features of overlapping tunnels with short-distance. It mainly elaborated several key measures, such as shield tunneling control, grouting for mezzanine soil, temporary support in tunnels. Then the monitoring results proved the feasibility of the measures, so that this paper can provide reliable experience for the designation of overlapping tunnels and construction management in the following years.

This paper introduces the engineering example of the first issue of Wuhan no.4 metro line of Wuchang railway station ~ Meiyuan district station which shield tunnel crossed the Wuchang railway station.By arranging observation points in the earths surface and sleeper on the settlement in the lines, the construction process can be monitored. The subway shield tunnel construction influence on surface deformation lines can be discussed, and the corresponding protective measures can be put forward which are caused by the shield tunnel crossing railway station and possible risk factors. In this paper, the project tracked and monitored on surface subsidence line and sleeper. With the monitoring data analysis and timely adjustment of shield tunneling construction parameters, to maintain the stability of the excavation face shield and prolapsed shield tail pipe, and take measures of synchronous grouting, secondary grouting to fill voids shield tail construction and other measures in time to ensure the safety of the projects and railway traffic.Monitoring results showed that shield tunnel construction scheme is reasonable and reliable.By the analysis of the monitoring data, some of the recommendations of the similar construction can be offered.
