In order to study the application technology of ATB-25 asphalt stabilized macadam mixture on asphalt pavement in depth, this paper firstly selected the raw materials and grading of the test, and designed the target mix ratio of ATB-25 through the Marshall test. The road performance of ATB-25 mixture was studied through indoor test to determine the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability. In view of the ATB-25 asphalt stabilized macadam mixture, the construction technology of ATB-25 upper base is also discussed from different aspects, from the beginning of mixing to the joint treatment after the completion of rolling. The results show that the best oil-stone ratio of ATB-25 asphalt stabilized macadam mixture production ratio is 3.7%. The ATB-25 asphalt stabilized macadam mixture possesses good road performances, and can be applied to the base layer on asphalt pavement. The study result is of great significance to improve the structural performance of asphalt pavement and prevent the occurrence of reflective cracks in the base layer.

2019,11(6):93-98. doi: 10.16670/j.cnki.cn11-5823/tu.2019.06.15
This paper introduces the design scheme of the BIM-based energy consumption monitoring platform for ventilation and air conditioning of Lanzhou rail transit. The platform collects data for the station, including the energy consumption and operation status of environmental control equipment in large system, the station public area environment, passenger flow and outdoor weather. All data can be visualized through BIM, to monitor the real time energy consumption and cooling effect of ventilation and air conditioning equipment in large system. Meanwhile, the method of data analysis and processing is adopted to detect the monitored data. Taking the Dongfanghong Square station of Lanzhou rail transit as a pilot, this paper explores the optimal control method of ventilation and air conditioning energy saving, and realizes the effective combination of energy consumption analysis and optimal control, which will effectively improve the energy-saving management and control ability of environmental control system in urban rail transit operation stage.

In recent years, increasing numbers of owners of urban rail transit projects recognize the value and advantages of BIM in project management, and some explorations have been made. But the BIM requirements of most projects are only based on individual technical cases, without consideration from the whole life cycle system. This paper proposes composition and construction methods of BIM implementation system of urban rail transit project based on the summary of BIM implementation experience in Beijing, Lanzhou, and Hohhot. The composition and characteristics of target system, organization system, model creation, application and management system, software and platform system and resource guarantee system are discussed respectively, and the problems in the process of implementation are also considered. The study in this paper can provide reference for BIM implementation of urban rail transit.

Hangzhou Metro 5 Phase I Project Application of BIM Technologies, Based on the experience of BIM construction in many cities, combined with the characteristics of tight construction period, heavy tasks, numerous mechanical and electrical pipelines and complex decoration nodes, we carry out specific BIM planning and BIM construction application management. We use BIM+CAM software to achieve LOD 400 product-level modeling, and use Revit+Fabrication to deepen the design of electromechanical prefabricated components; using the plug-in developed by Revit SDK to output the NC code of air ducts and pipes to achieve factory prefabrication, automatic production and modular installation; and using 3D printing technology (pre-assembly of 3D printing solid model) to verify the digitalization of BIM assembly design.

2016,8(1):71-74. doi: 10.16670/j.cnki.cn11-5823/tu.2016.01.12
As a powerful 3D collaborative design software, CATIA has been widely used in the field of water conservancy and hydropower engineering. The design of access road and construction road is an important part of the 3D collaborative design of water conservancy and hydropower engineering. According to the access road modeling of a Hydropower Station, this paper introduces a method of building 3D road model by using CATIA software, which is based on the results of two-dimensional design.
