Pipeline Construction Technology for DMBP Assembled Machine Room Equipment

This article combines the construction of the office refrigeration mechanical room of the Shenzhen Huide Building Project, analyzes the current technical difficulties in the construction of electrical & mechanical equipment pipelines in the large mechanical room, and proposes a new set of DMBP prefabricated mechanical room construction technology from the perspectives of cost saving, efficient construction, environmental protection and energy saving, which will be processed on-site. The operation is transferred the on-site manufacture work to the digital processing base for digital production, and the prefabricated components are transported to the site for assembly. By focusing on the four core of dmbp, the paper realizes a new construction mode of the machine room for off-site prefabrication and on-site assembly in five stages: deepening design, material procurement, prefabrication, loading and transportation, and field assembly, and providing technical support for the construction of mechanical and electrical equipment pipelines of the assembly machine room.

The Comprehensive Application of BIM Technology in the General Contracting Management of Boeing 737 Completion and Delivery Center Project

Boeing 737Max Aircraft Completion and Delivery Center Custom-built Workshops and Supporting Facilities Construction project has many typical characteristics, such as large area, multiple disciplines, comprehensive integration, high coordination requirement between each discipline, Tight construction schedule, complex site and traffic, multiple and strict management, high standards, difficult to make design development for construction, To guarantee the delivery schedule, BIM team was founded to implement BIM technology for modeling and design development. Also, BIM models have been used as reference for construction. Many BIM implementation such as integration platform, drawing review, 3D site layout, construction simulation, pipeline coordination, UAV terrain scanning, fine decoration design development through VR, and 3D laser scanning, which had obtained many good benefit in safety, quality, progress, cost, and etc. of the construction project. This was made truly a "cost reduction and efficiency increase, science and technology innovation". This paper will mainly introduce the application of BIM technology in the general contracting management of Boeing 737 Completion and Delivery Center project, aims to provide reference for similar large and complex projects in the future.

BIM Applications in Lanzhou West Railway Station Project

Taking BIM Applications in Lanzhou West Railway project for example, this article discussed some BIM Application such as construction process, engineering difficulties, solutions and specialized applications in the train station building, which could be reference for similar projects.By solving difficulties of this project, which included civil engineering calculation, secondary deepening steel roof truss design and construction hoisting simulation, level of specialized applications would be improved. BIM would played significant role in "Three Controls, Management and Coordination" and Green Construction.

BIM technology has been widely used in the construction industry and is helping the construction industry to develop to a new stage. In view of the many difficulties in the project of Beijing New Airport, including large scale, scattered construction, complicated steel roofing and complicated decorative panel, this paper mainly introduces the BIM application in the engineering construction progress in areas of site layout, construction guidance, pipeline layout optimization, progress management, and safety protection, which helps to establish "high-quality projects, model projects, safety projects, clean and honest projects". The BIM application has effectively saved the cost, shortened the construction period, guaranteed the smooth progress of the project, and improved the management level of the project, which provides some reference and reference for the application and expansion of BIM in similar projects.

With the expansion of domestic construction industrialization and the BIM technology is more and more widely used. How to connect the two together and make the BIM technology better service to the construction industry become a problem worthy of studying.Taking the BIM technology application in shenyang south branch building prefabricated project as an example, analysing the BIM technology application and value in the prefabricated construction process, this paper indicated that BIM played a powerful role in the process.

Design and Modeling of Cast-in-Place Continuous Beam Bridge Based on Revit+Dynamo Mode

Due to the advantages of good integrity, strong applicability and reasonable stress, the cast-in-place continuous beam bridge has become one of the most widely adopted bridge types. Meanwhile, BIM technologies play increasingly important role in the value of infrastructure construction, but there are still many difficulties during the modeling process of cast-in-place continuous beam bridge. To solve those problems during the process of cast-in-place continuous beam bridge design modeling, such as the slow speed and the complex of upper structure, this research collected the data from circuit design line, created the Revit parametric components, prepared a list of the bridge Excel component parameters and provided Dynamo automatic modeling program, which in overall has presented a set of complete solution based on the pattern of "Revit+Dynamo" cast-in-place continuous beam bridge design modeling method. It enables to model the complex upper part of the structural components, as well as enable the rapid modeling process of bottom structural components. It has greatly improved the degree of refinement and has improved the efficiencies of modeling, also it has provided a more reliable basis for data extraction and data analysis of cast-in-place continuous beam bridge construction.
