The building engineering inspection and appraisal system, which is developed for the building detection, safety appraisal and judicial evaluation, adopts a frame scheme based on the mix-mode of BS and CS.The system firstly provides scientific references to the government and the owner unit for the final decision and standardized business processes to the testing and assessing business.It also puts forward concrete measures to raise management level and the normalization of the testing and assessing industry, and helps the project participants to improve their work efficiency.

CAD software has been improved greatly by the developing of operational speed, graphics capability, and graphics theory in computers.CAD technology is developing from simply drafting to assistant design tools. BIM is the base of the next generation CAD software which the important features is networking, integration, intelligent and standardization.Using Building information model, PKPM series software realize the idea of digital information, data modeling and making general of building model through connecting each segment in construction projects, and achieve to fully utilizing the model data in the life cycle of building.PKPM series software cover many fields including planning, architecture, structure, facility, budgeting, construction and business management, take full advantage of data among each specialty in designing process, reduce the construction cost and improve efficiency.

With the development of domestic housing commercialization and urban land nervous, increasing local housing height, high-rise residential has become the main form of housing, and even in some big cities super-tall residential have emerged, caused by sunlight problem lighting right disputes also frequently occur, sunlightproblem in the urban planning and architectural design need to highlight to consider. Combining with the approval of "Standard of Sunlight Assessment Parameters for Building"draft of the relevant provisions, the more attention of sunlight in the analysis modeling, parameter Settings of sunlight, sunlight calculation result and error parsing are discussed.
