摘要:随着城市化进程的加快,排水工程作为城市发展的重要组成部分,需要不断创新技术手段和理念,以满足新时代城市高质量发展的要求。尽管BIM技术已在工程设计和施工阶段得到广泛应用,但在运维阶段基于BIM的数字化和智慧化应用实践仍然较为稀缺,大多数仍处于初步探索或概念验证阶段。本研究结合近年来我国数字化发展的背景,聚焦排水工程基于BIM的运维应用。通过分析排水工程中BIM技术赋能智慧运维的核心需求,探讨了几类典型排水工程的模型服务以及面向不同需求的智慧运维应用,并通过实际案例实践说明了其应用效果,为BIM技术赋能排水工程智慧运维提供了经验借鉴。
Abstract: As urbanization accelerates, drainage engineering has become a crucial component of urban development, necessitating continuous innovation in technology and concepts to meet the requirements of high-quality urban growth. BIM technology, a key representative of digital innovation, has been widely applied in the design and construction stages of engineering projects. However, its digital and intelligent applications in the operation and maintenance stage remain limited, with most efforts still in the preliminary or conceptual exploration phase. This paper examines the application of BIM in the operation and maintenance of drainage engineering in the context of recent developments in China's digital landscape. By analyzing the core requirements for intelligent operation and maintenance of drainage systems using BIM technology, and through the analysis and practice of several typical drainage engineering model services and intelligent operation and maintenance applications, this study aims to provide valuable insights for leveraging BIM technology in the intelligent operation and maintenance of drainage engineering.
