摘要:鉴于工程中土建部分成本相对比较固定(固定成本),我们对幕墙、电梯等成本更加容易发生变动的部分赋予了更详细的信息,包括厂家名称、网址、产品型号、价格等,这部分成本我们称之为可变动成本。对所有这些信息进行提取整理后,通过对各厂家产品的调换搭配,来获得在不同品牌不同类型产品情况下,项目成本的变化情况。
Abstract: In case of construction cost is relatively fixed in projects, we give more detailed information for curtain wall, elevators and the part their cost which is easy to change. The information includes manufacturers name, web address, product type, price etc, which is called variable cost. We can easily gain project cost changes in the condition of different brands or types by arranging information and shifting products from varies manufacturers.
