Realizing building internal facilities informatization based on the concept of BLM is an important part of the city building fine management, which is the inevitable trend of the development of digital city. This paper firstly analyzes housing facilities management data resources, then combines related theory and technology of BLM, designs house facilities data management system, constructs the database and developing the application system. The organization and management of building facilities data, which based BIM concept and technique is the 2D realization of constraction advanced idea and technology.
