Abstract:
Based on the actual demand of BIM application in engineering project management, a new integrated solution and framework for engineering project management supported by BIM was advanced. Web-based system for project integrated management was developed through associating BIM entity with distributed information and information querying. With seamless integration with 4D construction management system, Bi-directional links between BIM model and management information were built, enabling BIM-based engineering project management. This research provide a new method and technology for applying BIM in engineering construction, application results proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the solution and system.

Abstract:
Large project BIM model amount is large, which require rigorous and effective management methods, to ensure that the BIM model satisfies architects, structure engineers, MEP engineers can work together everything in good order and well arranged, and follow the standards and rules to ensure that the model accuracy can meet the application requirement of the project, while minimizing the cost. Apart from the traditional review process, also should use software tools to check the BIM model, in order to ensure the quality of models and adopt corresponding measures to ensure data security.

In this article, the author referred to the standard-setting approach of information exchange process in National BIM Standard of US-"NBIMS-US v2", based on IDM (Information Delivery Manual) from buildingSMART, did the research of process standard setting approach for domestic BIM information exchange, and introduced a specific setting approach based on the case of design to quantity take-off.

IFC schema provides a basis for the data share and exchange between different disciplines. However, implementation of the IFC compliant software solution for specific purpose is hampered by the lack of specific exchange requirements definitions and can't ensure complete and compatible data exchanges. Thus, there is need for IDM standard to make clear definition to the process as well as exchange requirement during lifecycle. This paper is based on research about literature on IDM and intents to make a comprehensive introduction to IDM framework, research status and methods so as to make the reader have a understanding of BIM data standards and provide a reference for the formulation of the National BIM standard.

Abstract:
Combined with the single pile horizontal static load test in Shanghai and the data of the bending moment of pile, research the bearing capacity of PHC pile under the action of horizontal load. According to the test data, determining the level of ultimate bearing capacity of foundation soil, the horizontal resistance coefficient ratio were analyzed, and the measured results and the current specification using "m" method the calculated results were compared with those obtained from analysis, some conclusions for the future Shanghai area of horizontal bearing capacity of single pile design and theoretical research to provide reference.

With the development of modern industrial technology, the industrialization of building was increasingly accepted by practitioners. It is mainly based on the standardized production, and manufactures building with industrial production. Currently, as the new structure of the industrialization, the problem of Prefabricated Concrete is not able to fully coordinate the relationship among the design, manufacture and installation. The rapid development of based on BIM 3D collaborative design provides a good opportunity for development of building industrialization.
With the development of modern industrial technology, the industrialization of building was increasingly accepted by practitioners. 3D design technology is the current trend of CAD techniques, of which 3D modeling is the basis. According to the modeling practice in Yangtze River Bridge Project, this paper describes a 3D modeling method based on CATIA skeletons and templates, which is applicable to the structural characteristics of large bridge. The described method conforms to normal engineering design approach, and can be applied to all kinds of large bridge engineering project.

This paper briefly introduces the study of Shanghai Urban Construction Group applying the Tekla Structures Software in the PC(Prefabricated Concrete) detailing design and BIM technology. Shanghai Urban Construction Group vigorously promotes the industrialization of housing, using the Prefabricated Concrete housing structure. The main components are manufactured in the factory first and then are assembled in the construction field. The traditional CAD technology based on point, line, surface and other basic geometric elements cannot generate detailed construction drawings and may contain ambiguity, incomplete information of concrete iron positioning. Therefore, the traditional method cannot meet the factory's requirement on the processing depth.Fortunately, the advanced Tekla Software can create 1:1 BIM models with a wealth of data, check the collision, automatically generate workshop drawings of PC assemblies and finally simulate the field construction.

Technical and professional difficulties of composite foundation designing are introduced and discussed. In combination with a practical foundation project, i.e. Wangjing B11-1 project in Beijing, the implement of JCCAD foundation designing software is shown. Moreover, the analysis result is compared with actual measured data. To meet further demand on the design works of more complicated foundations, a new foundation and underground structure design software suite based on BIM technique is being developed by PKPM.

The problems existed in the current green building design software are analyzed combining with the architectural design process and Green Building Evaluation Standards.The method of constructing system frame for GB design software are analyzed.Through analyzing we think that BIM technology is an affective method to keep data unique, data consistent and to share resources in GB design software.According to the GB Evaluation Standard the functions of building information model and parameters in different stage of a building life cycle are discussed.Through the analysis of BIM in HVAC system used in energy simulation software, the concept of extended BIM are put forward. We should pay more attention to the resaerch on BIM in M&E system.
