摘要:BIM技术是绿色建筑的关键技术之一，装饰工程是绿色建筑施工的重要一环。但装饰工程的BIM技术应用在当前仍处于初期探索阶段，难以完成绿色建筑工程全过程BIM技术应用。作者介绍了基于Revit的装饰工程BIM技术应用的背景和实践，同时通过调研、业内人士访谈等的基础上，指出存在的各种阻碍：从法规标准、软件功能、族问题、工作流问题、软件使用熟悉程度、协作和整合等方面分析问题，探讨解决思路，展望未来发展方向。

Abstract: BIM is a key technology used in green building construction, of which decoration engineering is an important part. However, BIM technology application is still at a primary stage, and it is very difficult to apply BIM technology in the whole process. Based on a survey and interviews with the practitioners, this paper first makes an introduction to the background and practice of BIM application in decoration engineering based on Revit, and then lists all kinds of difficulties in the application of BIM. A detailed analysis is then made concerning the standards, functions of the software, families, streams of working processes, familiarity with the software, cooperation and integration, etc., so as to discuss the solutions and future development.
