摘要:为了提升企业施工物资管理水平和管理效率,北京矿建建设集团在已有的项目管理信息系统和BIM应用的基础上,将二者进行了整合,研发了基于BIM的物资管理系统。通过该系统的应用,实现了从模型算量、需求计划、采购计划、现场验收入库、发料和领料的全过程管理。该系统的研发与试用,提升了项目和公司层面的管理效率和管理水平,完成了企业从粗狂型管理到精细化管理的蜕变。本文对系统的主要功能和架构进行了介绍,希望能对行业内的其他企业有一定的启发作用。
Abstract: In order to enhance the enterprise management ability and to improve management efficiency, a BIM-based material management system is developed by Beijing Mining Construction Group, combining the existing project management system with the BIM technology. The system covers the phrases of quantity calculation, requirements management, procurement planning and on-site materials management. Through the informatization construction, the management efficiency and management ability are both enhanced at the level of the projects and the company, which completes the transformation from rough management to meticulous management. This paper mainly introduces the key functions and structure of the system, which hopefully can be beneficial for other construction enterprises.
