Data-based Collaborative Management of Investigation & Design in Japan

Data-based collaborative management of investigation & design started earlier in Japan. This paper introduced its current situation and future challenge from CAD exchange standard, BIM-based collaborative design and lifecycle data sharing. In comparison with Chinese situation, we give out some suggestions about how to improve our collaborative management from data standardization and information system.

Combining with model-driven (MDA) technical characteristics and business process management (BPM) concepts, research and implementation of the system platform, which was used to meet the current needs of multi-participant project management for survey and design enterprises, was presented. Firstly, a system framework and implementation strategies based on BPM was proposed, which focuses on the XML-based model-driven implementation process and technical characteristics; Secondly, the software system of multi-participant project management for Survey and Design Enterprises has been accomplished, taking into account the actual needs of the project management; Finally, the core business modules and business characteristics of the system were described.

Study on the Development of Home-decoration Design based on BIM

This paper is an overview of the general development of home-decoration design industry, which analyses the issues existed in the home-decoration design industry, and predicts that the future trend of home-decoration design industry shall be on its fast-way towards the standardization, intelligent visualization, cooperation, individualization and internet. According to the development trend of home decoration design industry, this paper presents the process of home-decoration based on BIM technology. This paper could be an important reference in the future development of home-decoration design industry.

Research on and Framework Design of Informatized Green Construction Management Platform Aiming at Green Construction Evaluation

Nowadays, equipped with the more advanced BIM technologies, the whole construction industry should be more purposefulness in project management, adopting a reasonable technological path to achieve the clearly defined technical goals. Aiming at the informatized management on green construction in projects, and from the perspective of project management, this paper develops a BIM-based informatized green construction management platform integrating the new technologies of BIM, IoT, and etc., to meet the needs of green construction evaluation. The paper sorts out the overall functional framework of the platform and the specific functional modules. Through the application of the platform, a project is able to implement detailed and targeted green construction management according to the initial objectives of green construction established by the project, and to evaluate the achievements of green construction management, which will surely improve the overall level of green construction management.

Design of BIM-based Owner Project Management System

According to the NCEC's requirement for BIM applications, this article proposed a project management framework which integrates model document and project construction data. It can not only store massive BIM file generated during project construction, but also achieve BIM based multi-stakeholder project management.

Research on the Integrated Cloud Platform of House Decoration Design Services and Its Implementation

The paper lists serious typical problems existed in the design of house decoration, including inapplicable service model, dis-uniformed design platform and non-centralized design resources, and puts forward an integrated cloud-based service and application solution of house decoration as well.Based on the cloud-platform architecture, unified authority and collaborative design tools are adopted to achieve the centralized management of enterprise design resources.The implementation of cloud platform and its application popularization have proven that the cloud platform is able to promote the innovation of Internet house design pattern effectively, to bring new experience for house decoration design services, and to improve the efficiency of enterprise resource supply chain configuration significantly.

Algorithm Design and Function Realization of BIM-based Home Improvement Design Software

Home improvement design industry is an important piece in domestic construction field in China.Through the research work of this paper, we have established a BIM-based home improvement design software for the home decoration design industry.The paper briefly introduces the main functions of the software system, and then describes in details the algorithm design ideas of several main functions.Some screenshots of thesoftware operation interface are also shown in the paper to illustrate the function and effect of function realization in software implementation.The innovative application of the software will provide both the home improvement designers and the customers with brand new experience in home improvement, and promote the development of new pattern on the home decoration industry.
