The Design of Biding Management Platform in Construction Enterprise Based on Intensive Management

Based on the analysis of the significance and method of the biding management platform in construction enterprise, this paper designed a new biding management platform in construction enterprise.On the basis of the computer technology, such as distributed authorization, data security and so on, the platform which combines the tool software could achieve the whole standard management of the enterprise biding process with the project as the primary line.

Construction Site Safety Management based on BIM

With the advances in construction techniques, safety management of construction site is facing huge challenges. The safety of the construction site is essential for civilized construction and the interests of construction workers. This paper analyzes the security problems of the construction site, and based on BIM technology, an appropriate plan is proposed. With the advantages of BIM technology in security monitoring processes, construction site layout and other complex construction, security communication, hazard early prevention, safety management processes improvement, real-time on-site dynamic control and rational arrangement are realized.

Quality management plays a significant role in construction enterprises management. How to use computer to complete quality management accurately becomes a new hotspot for construction infomationization. This paper analyzed internal and external factors affecting the quality of the project. Combining data mining theory, this paper proposes construction quality risk prediction system. Finally, the feasibility and predicted effect of Weka were described.

In order to improve the design level of domestic outfit stylist and the efficiency of design, solve the current domestic outfit design facing the severe challenge in the management and use of advanced information technology tools BIM technology to solve these problems, considered from the perspective of strategic development to establish a set of domestic outfit design system based on BIM technology, undertook unity 3D home outfit design, unified price management, established a complete enterprise knowledge based on the management, integrated from designing the figure to calculate the amount of domestic outfit design management system. BIM technology on the application of domestic outfit industry helps to promote the development of domestic outfit enterprise scale economy, especially improves the competition ability of the enterprises in the area of domestic outfit design tools. This paper was under the home decoration design company of domestic outfit design system based on BIM technology implementation, solved single design tools of the traditional decoration desiging industry and concentration of the enterprise resource management problems, realized the three-dimensional decoration design based on BIM technology tools, design resources unified management, long-term accumulation into an outfit enterprise intangible assets, improved the efficiency of the domestic outfit design and the decoration enterprises′ competitiveness.

Research on the Integrated Cloud Platform of House Decoration Design Services and Its Implementation

The paper lists serious typical problems existed in the design of house decoration, including inapplicable service model, dis-uniformed design platform and non-centralized design resources, and puts forward an integrated cloud-based service and application solution of house decoration as well.Based on the cloud-platform architecture, unified authority and collaborative design tools are adopted to achieve the centralized management of enterprise design resources.The implementation of cloud platform and its application popularization have proven that the cloud platform is able to promote the innovation of Internet house design pattern effectively, to bring new experience for house decoration design services, and to improve the efficiency of enterprise resource supply chain configuration significantly.
