Composed by multiple substation is more common in the electrical system, the whole electrical system management and maintenance is particularly important.Previous substation mostly is independent operation and Independent management, It's not the development trend.At the same time, substation management system that based on integrated power technology and network technology in recent years obtained the strong development.This paper introduces the background of substation integrated management system, study the substation integrated management system composition and structure, and combined with the actual engineering analysis substation integrated management system, application points and key.

The Researches of Facility Management Using Information Technology in Shen Du Building—The Demand Analysis Part of ShenDu Building

Shendu building which is owned by Shanghai Xiandai Architectural Design Group got the green building design mark in 2012. In 2013, many sub-companies in Xiandai Design Group moved into this building. Since then, the operational phase of the building's life cycle began. According to the situation in mainland, this project will choose the property management company to carry out the FM task. How to utilize the information technology to do the facilities management is a very important task to obtain the three star green mark. This research will be demonstrated in a number of papers serialized form different research stage. This paper here mainly draw conclusions based on the investigation and demand analysis, meanwhile to support for the next phases of this research.

The revolution of IT (Information Technology) and software for AEC industry have not changed the traditional constructing management patterns, and construction efficiency has not been improved sharply.According to the results, this paper explores design management patterns based on BIM (Building Information Modeling), and it refers to the subject "exploring the key coordination and management digital technologies based on the EXPO group buildings", and the Headquarters Bases for Central Government Owned Enterprises within the EXPO site is used as a case.After analyzing the features of complex group buildings and BIM technology, design management patterns based on BIM are explored.

Research on Operation Management Platform—The Practice of ShenDu Mansion Operation Management Platform

BIM has been widely used in the design and construction phases, and the value of the BIM technology is widely recognized by everyone. But in the facilities management field, BIM is still in the initial stage. Based on the application and practice of the operation management platform of ShenDu mansion, a process of costuming, deploying, implementing local operation and maintenance platform is summed up by Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd. All kinds of key technologies of the platform are as follows, application data exchange standards, developing equipment classification and coding, operation and maintenance interacted with BIM model. Then, the effectiveness of the platform is described due to the operation management platform of ShenDu mansion.

In recent years, many countries apply BIM in large projects one after another. The industry has recognized the role of BIM in AEC field. BIM has become the new tendency in AEC industry. In order to deal with super large project, Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design (Group) Co. innovated a new 3d co-design platform base on BIM & GIS technology. Xian Dai also connect the 3d co-design platform with Project management platform, help all participants achieve the goal smoothly. In this project, XianDai summarized a new way for super large project co-design.

With the development of intelligence in the construction field, the engineering construction enterprises are gradually transforming into digital ones.The emergence of VR also maximizes the 3D visualization of BIM.Combining the BIM and VR in the construction industry, the existed BIM model libraries are able to convert into VR model libraries in batches, and furtherly the subsystem of BIM and VR for collaboration can be designed.The system solves the problems of online collaborative work of different design units, construction safety and quality control and project progress control.It also enables designers and consumers to experience the existence of buildings through immersive dynamic roaming.The study is of great significance in the field of construction industry.
