The application of foundation pit 5D monitoring and 3D geological model technology based on BIM increased the work efficiency and reduced the man-made omission effectively of safety monitoring during the process of foundation pit construction depending on the visual method. At the same time, in this project, the application of new demonstrating technologies and mobile media equipment such as 3D GIS, 3D laser scanning, 3D printing, AR, VR, Google Glass and so on made the safety monitoring during the process of foundation pit construction operated by project managers, supervisors, monitors more effective. The extended application of BIM technology on the foundation pit safety monitoring of the Poly Plaza explored a new method about foundation pit safety monitoring, and it also provided a useful reference on the application of BIM technology during the whole process of construction of foundation pit engineering.

This paper describes application to performance-based fire design method with the use of BIM building information model, and also fire safety procedures assessment about the "Wudalianchi" museum and location, and transform building information models to model fire and evacuation models, Simulating gas flow and evacuation by setting the fire safety goals, identification performance criteria, the establishment of a fire scene, given uncertainties in its flue.

In recent years, the Building Information Model (BIM) technology not only receives rapid development in aspect of theory, but also has been widely used in the project practice. However, it is rarely seen that the BIM technology is applied to the research and practice of government technological or management revolution. In response to the policy requirements of Shanghai Municipal Government to establish a BIM-based government supervision model in the construction industry, this paper introduces the application of BIM technology in the Disney Toy Story project, which is located in the key core areas of Shanghai. Through the application of BIM technology, the efficiency and accuracy of completion planning acceptance has been improved. Efforts are also made on training the government working team with BIM ability, and on establishing a new BIM-based acceptance process, which plays an active role in building an open, transparent and efficient administrative examination and approval supervision system and improving the administrative efficiency of the government.

BIM technology has developed rapidly in recent years and it also was successfully introduced to Hei Xiazi Botanical Garden in early architectural design.CFD technology is widely used in the architectural design of building wind environment.The thesis is focus on the introduction of the application of CFD technology combination with BIM technology.The building wind environment out side, the indoor natural ventilation and the indoor air flow field were calculated out by CFD software package.According to the computation results, Hei Xia-zi building layout was adjusted dynamicly to optimize the design.Meanwhile, according to CFD calculation of indoor temperature and humidity fields and checking the conditions of plant growth needs, the local air conditioning technology was used to save energy.
