Starting from specifying implementation goal, selecting implementation mode and building implementation framework, this paper introduces implementation management of BIM in National Convention and Exhibition Centre (Tianjin) Project, analyzes BIM’s advantages at design stage, and summerizes problems occurred in the procedure.

According to the NCEC's requirement for BIM applications, this article proposed a project management framework which integrates model document and project construction data. It can not only store massive BIM file generated during project construction, but also achieve BIM based multi-stakeholder project management.
