Design and Implementation of Archives Management Information System

To change the traditional archives service mode of paper-based storage and manual operation in construction organization, an archives management information system based on web technology was developed.This article introduces construction organization′s archives business process, functions of the system′s design and implement and key technology in this system.The archives management information system runs successfully in construction organization, it realized the change from traditional management mode to systematic, standardized and scientific management mode.The application results shows that this system can enhance the level of archives management and improve the efficiency and quality of service.

BIM Application in Wuhan Greenland Center Lifting Steel Platform Mold Installation

Wuhan Greenland Center Project is the world's third-tallest building with 636 meters.The underground structure has been completed and the main building structure is under rapid construction.During the construction, BIM is playing a key role.This paper introduces the method of setting the jacking formwork system based on BIM technology, and solves problems of BIM application to vertical transportation, turnover materials management, pipeline optimization and steel structure erection.BIM technology makes the installation of the tower crane lifting formwork platform go on smoothly and guarrantees the construction progress on the ground core tube structure.

This paper points out that the optimization of rebar cutting is a complex discrete combinatorial optimization problem, summarizes the Genetic Algorithm, simulates Annealing and Heuristic Algorithm that in broad usage as a method for combinatorial optimization, and discusses the characteristics of each method.Finally, we know that an individual algorithm find the optimal solution randomly and waste a lot of time, according to the literature in recent years.The method to solve the problem is to combine different algorithm in special condition, and this kind of algorithm is more efficient.

Application of 4D Virtual Construction based on PKPM Construction Management Platform

In this paper, the problems in the progress management of engineering construction projects are analyzed, and the thinking mode of the combination of BIM-based virtual construction technology and construction project schedule management is put forward. The key problems in the progress management are solved by using PKPM construction management platform. Based on PKPM construction management platform in the construction of the application, through the comparison with the traditional construction project schedule management, and fine management, visual display, progress simulation and engineering analysis, this paper expounds the 4D virtual construction technology in the construction schedule management with the real BIM platform as the basis, which makes the discussion more convincing. This paper is based on the actual engineering test, which shows that the virtual construction technology based on BIM will have a positive impact on the development of engineering project management in China.
