Research and Implementation of Multi-participant Project Management System for Survey and Design Enterprises Based on MDA and BPM

Combining with model-driven (MDA) technical characteristics and business process management (BPM) concepts, research and implementation of the system platform, which was used to meet the current needs of multi-participant project management for survey and design enterprises, was presented. Firstly, a system framework and implementation strategies based on BPM was proposed, which focuses on the XML-based model-driven implementation process and technical characteristics; Secondly, the software system of multi-participant project management for Survey and Design Enterprises has been accomplished, taking into account the actual needs of the project management; Finally, the core business modules and business characteristics of the system were described.

According to the NCEC's requirement for BIM applications, this article proposed a project management framework which integrates model document and project construction data. It can not only store massive BIM file generated during project construction, but also achieve BIM based multi-stakeholder project management.

Home Decoration Design System based on BIM Technology Design and Implementation

In order to improve the design level of domestic outfit stylist and the efficiency of design, solve the current domestic outfit design facing the severe challenge in the management and use of advanced information technology tools BIM technology to solve these problems, considered from the perspective of strategic development to establish a set of domestic outfit design system based on BIM technology, undertook unity 3D home outfit design, unified price management, established a complete enterprise knowledge based on the management, integrated from designing the figure to calculate the amount of domestic outfit design management system. BIM technology on the application of domestic outfit industry helps to promote the development of domestic outfit enterprise scale economy, especially improves the competition ability of the enterprises in the area of domestic outfit design tools. This paper was under the home decoration design company of domestic outfit design system based on BIM technology implementation, solved single design tools of the traditional decoration desiging industry and concentration of the enterprise resource management problems, realized the three-dimensional decoration design based on BIM technology tools, design resources unified management, long-term accumulation into an outfit enterprise intangible assets, improved the efficiency of the domestic outfit design and the decoration enterprises′ competitiveness.

Algorithm Design and Function Realization of BIM-based Home Improvement Design Software

Home improvement design industry is an important piece in domestic construction field in China.Through the research work of this paper, we have established a BIM-based home improvement design software for the home decoration design industry.The paper briefly introduces the main functions of the software system, and then describes in details the algorithm design ideas of several main functions.Some screenshots of thesoftware operation interface are also shown in the paper to illustrate the function and effect of function realization in software implementation.The innovative application of the software will provide both the home improvement designers and the customers with brand new experience in home improvement, and promote the development of new pattern on the home decoration industry.

Research on Mechanism of Multi-participant Project Management System Based on SOA

Traditional techniques EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) was difficult to meet the requirement of fast and effective integration of resources, collaboration or construction of business process. To deal with this problem, a mechanism of multi participant project management system based on SOA was presented. The analysis and design of the framework of multi participant project management system based on SOA were given, which focused on technology implementation of different service layers. Then taking into account the features of multi-participant project, an implementation mechanism of portal and rights management architecture was proposed.
