BIM Reverse Design Method for Green Facility Management

Conventional green building design process already fails to satisfy the latest developmentofgreen facility management, which, to a certain extent, restricts the sustained and rapid development of green buildings. Many domestic design enterprises has been keeping exploringnew design methods to break the ceiling. This paper proposes a newreverse design method based on BIM of green building operation and maintenance, and introduces relevant exploration and research through practice. By using BIM, all data in design, construction and operation and maintenance period are getting through, and thegreen facility managementis truly implemented.

Outlook on the Smart Hospital based on Internet + BIM

With the development of science and information technology, a new type of medical service based on smart medical treatment appears in the medical industry.Meanwhile, the 3D technology is gradually infiltratinginto the entire construction industry and digital operations management field. BIM, as one of themost important digital technologies influencing the future industrial development, is also related closely with the information technology development in the medical industry. This paper starts from the present development and existing problems of smart medical fields in China, following explores the role of BIM in promoting smart medical care, the proposes a smart medical treatment framework based on BIM, and finally predicts the future application scenarios and development trends.

Research of Foreign BIM Standards

In recent years, many countries apply BIM in large projects one after another. The industry has recognized the role of BIM in AEC field. BIM has become the new tendency in AEC industry. In order to enhance the value of BIM, many countries have released relevant BIM standards. In order to discover the internal relation between the present standards, the author studied dozens of foreign BIM standards and raised his own standpoints.

The revolution of IT (Information Technology) and software for AEC industry have not changed the traditional constructing management patterns, and construction efficiency has not been improved sharply.According to the results, this paper explores design management patterns based on BIM (Building Information Modeling), and it refers to the subject "exploring the key coordination and management digital technologies based on the EXPO group buildings", and the Headquarters Bases for Central Government Owned Enterprises within the EXPO site is used as a case.After analyzing the features of complex group buildings and BIM technology, design management patterns based on BIM are explored.

Research on Operation Management Platform—The Practice of ShenDu Mansion Operation Management Platform

BIM has been widely used in the design and construction phases, and the value of the BIM technology is widely recognized by everyone. But in the facilities management field, BIM is still in the initial stage. Based on the application and practice of the operation management platform of ShenDu mansion, a process of costuming, deploying, implementing local operation and maintenance platform is summed up by Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd. All kinds of key technologies of the platform are as follows, application data exchange standards, developing equipment classification and coding, operation and maintenance interacted with BIM model. Then, the effectiveness of the platform is described due to the operation management platform of ShenDu mansion.

BIM gives rise to the second revolution for the construction industry. And now it is widely used and well developed in the domestic Construction Industry. According with the trend, the CAD software developers get involved into BIM one after another. To meet the market's needs, PKPM releases BIM-based construction drawing software, named PAAD. It provides a solution which will favor cross-platform collative design and promote the designer efficiency.

In recent years, many countries apply BIM in large projects one after another. The industry has recognized the role of BIM in AEC field. BIM has become the new tendency in AEC industry. In order to deal with super large project, Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design (Group) Co. innovated a new 3d co-design platform base on BIM & GIS technology. Xian Dai also connect the 3d co-design platform with Project management platform, help all participants achieve the goal smoothly. In this project, XianDai summarized a new way for super large project co-design.

An Exploration of Architectural Modulus Design in Digital Era
