The Tongzhou Cultural Tourist District Project is a construction project invested and constructed by the Tongzhou District Government, which possesses many characteristics of large construction volume, long construction cycle, complex project information and the difficulty of regional coordination. According to the actual needs of the project, a regional collaborative management platform is established based on the BIM+GIS technology to realize the collaborative management of the whole project, the whole staff and the whole profession. The platform adopts a four-tier architecture of user tier, application tier, data tier and service tier, including nine basic modules and three functional application modules. Key technologies adopted in the platform include model fusion, model lightweight, VR display and 3D rendering. Through the application of the platform in Tongzhou Cultural Tourist District project, the feasibility and value of such platform in improving the level of regional construction collaborative management are verified.

Based on the comprehensive analysis of existing BIM education forms and in-depth analysis of its problems, this paper proposes an online BIM education knowledge system consisting of professional knowledge, software knowledge, software operation knowledge and project application knowledge according to the closed-loop management theory. And an online BIM education process system consisting of pre-class video preview, pre-class question guidance, professional knowledge explanation, software knowledge explanation, operation method explanation, operation exercise, project application explanation, classroom project exercise, after-class exercise and after-class project exercise.Thus, it forms the closed-loop management system of online education, and finally makes a case study on the systematic application of this system in the basic BIM course of a university.

As an important part of building industry transformation upgrade, BIM technology was used widely in large complicated project.The subway station project is characterized by huge quantity, complex pipeline systems, and difficult equipment installation.This paper introduces the concrete application in three phases like design phase, construction phase and maintenance phase.BIM technology was introduced into the project all-around, which help build the subway station all professional model to realize the professional 3D visualization and make organic connection of each professional flat vertical profile control drawing information is established.Collisions inspection among different professions, the virtual simulation and 4D virtual construction technologies will improve the working efficiency and save the project cost.BIM technology in the application of subway station project can help promote BIM technology to widely use in complicated engineering project and play a reference.
