Optimization Design of Anti-floating Anchor Rod based on BIM Technology and Finite Element Analysis

Abstract:
The anti-floating design of building is very important, and the arrangement of anti-floating anchor is one of the main measures for anti-floating in the basement. The deformation displacement of the basement and foundation is the root cause of the change of anchor force. The traditional anti-floating anchor design method ignores the difference of foundation deformation displacement and the uneven force of the bolt. Based on the BIM technology and the finite element method, the whole model of the anchor, foundation and superstructure was established to simulate the floating displacement of raft foundation under high water level. The finite element analysis is carried out under the premise of considering the upper structure load variation, the upper structure stiffness, the upper structure and the foundation. The results show that the tension of the anchor rod which is arranged by the traditional scheme design is not uniform, and there are some disadvantages, which result in waste. Anti-floating anchor arrangement is more reasonable by using BIM technology and finite element analysis and save the cost and reduce the project risk. During the change of the superstructure, the advantage of BIM technology is used to modify the data, and the cross platform will change the information into the YJK structure calculation software, and update the upper structure analysis model. The upper load and stiffness leads to changes in the re-read module based on finite element analysis of changes in the superstructure, completes the whole process from the construction project changes to the structure of linkage modification, structures the optimization design process, makes it more brief and reasonable

Abstract:
Design of offshore wind turbine foundation involves multi-disciplinary fields and contains various subitems, so software is often needed to assist designing. On the other hand, marine engineering design software and finite element analysis software is not specifically developed for offshore wind turbine foundation, then make it very necessary to develop professional software. The design process and main contents of foundation design is firstly introduced, the software's main functions including load calculation, combination of load, pile analysis, foundation analysis and result output have to be developed to achieve the above requirements. The kernel modules contain visualization function, integrated designing, foundation input and reconfigurable computing. Then calculation methods and main principle embedded in software is introduced. Lastly application of software FDOW to design offshore wind turbine foundation is given with one practical project.

Abstract:
BIM Family is semi-structured data. The data structure is relatively loose and variable, so it is difficult to bestored and queried usingtraditional relational database. Based on FastDFs and Drill, we build a distributed data processing platform tostoreandquery BIM family under BIM resource library. After testing, compared with the non-distributed system which it is core is the relational database, the platform performance is significantly improved.

Abstract:
Prefabrication technology is an advanced installation model which is advocated in mechanical-electrical industry. As an important measure of the mechanical-electrical construction enterprises′ advanced level, it becomes more and more popular in construction industry. Adopting the technology which combined BIM with production line of air duct prefabrication for air duct building project can improve the precision and production efficiency of prefabrication figure. It can also deepen the procession of air duct prefabrication. As a result of adopting this technology, we can further improve the installation quality of air duct prefabrication, shortenting work period and saving costs. This technology improves the management level of construction enterprise, and providing a new direction for the development of prefabrication.

Based on BIM, public cloud and mobile internet, a cloud platform for the task supervision on the site construction of foundation pit support was set up. It provided the following functions:Firstly, after reading, modifing and design-developing the model of foundation pit design, BIM model of foundation pit construction could be created. Secondly, if the BIM model is uploaded to the cloud, the construction manager can issure assignments to the construction team on the basis of the BIM model. Thirdly, using the mobile client, the construction team leader can accept the tasks, view the design data, and upload the realtime information, including kinds of data, photoes, videos and so on. BIM Technology was applied in the construction of Guangzhou metro line 6 second phase of the mechanical and electrical installation and public area decoration project. The different profession construction units completed the construction model according to the design drawings, the site supervision organized the various professional construction units to finish the model merge. There were many problems in model merging process. This article gives a brief analysis and puts forward feasible solutions, and looks forward to the model merge in the late subway line construction.

In order to improve the design level of domestic outfit stylist and the efficiency of design, solve the current domestic outfit design facing the severe challenge in the management and use of advanced information technology tools BIM technology to solve these problems, considered from the perspective of strategic development to establish a set of domestic outfit design system based on BIM technology, undertook unity 3D home outfit design, unified price management, established a complete enterprise knowledge based on the management, integrated from designing the figure to calculate the amount of domestic outfit design management system. BIM technology on the application of domestic outfit industry helps to promote the development of domestic outfit enterprise scale economy, especially improves the competition ability of the enterprises in the area of domestic outfit design tools. This paper was under the home decoration design company of domestic outfit design system based on BIM technology implementation, solved single design tools of the traditional decoration desiging industry and concentration of the enterprise resource management problems, realized the three-dimensional decoration design based on BIM technology tools, design resources unified management, long-term accumulation into an outfit enterprise intangible assets, improved the efficiency of the domestic outfit design and the decoration enterprises′ competitiveness.

The foundation for construction industry information development is project informatization. There will be no construction industry information if there is no project management modernization. There will be no project management internationalization if there is no project management information. There will be no construction companies internationalization if there is no project management internationalization. Besides force majeure like political and war, this article discusses fully implementation of information technology which bases on project management is the one of the risk control weapon for construction company going abroad.
