BIM Application in Wuhan Greenland Center Lifting Steel Platform Mold Installation

Wuhan Greenland Center Project is the world's third-tallest building with 636 meters.The underground structure has been completed and the main building structure is under rapid construction.During the construction, BIM is playing a key role.This paper introduces the method of setting the jacking formwork system based on BIM technology, and solves problems of BIM application to vertical transportation, turnover materials management, pipeline optimization and steel structure erection.BIM technology makes the installation of the tower crane lifting formwork platform go on smoothly and guarrantees the construction progress on the ground core tube structure.

Multi Party Collaborative Intelligent Management on Super Large Projects Based on BIM Technology

With the rapid development of science and technology in China, the information technologies like BIM technology, UAV technology, intelligent site management platform, and etc. can be used in the construction field to achieve the whole process and all-round control of key elements in construction site. Taking the general contracting project of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Centeras an example, this paper briefly introduces and summarizes the intelligent management of BIM technology, schedule management, quality management, safety management and so on.

BIM Application in the Construction of Stiff Columns ofWuhan Greenland Center

Wuhan Greenland Center is the highest building under construction in China. Its stiff column steel framework and rebar overlaps each other in a very complicated way, the operation space for binding the rebar is small and the construction faces many challenges, and therefore, the two dimensional drawings can hardly show the structures of the rebar and the steel framework. By applying BIM, the project simulates the construction process of distributing and binding the rebar, solve the problems beforehand, and uses the optimized binding plan of BIM.

Application of BIM Technology and Network Interconnection in Wuhan Green Center Project

Used the advantages of BIM technology and network interconnection, and combined with the demand of the general contracting management, set up the BIM integrated information management platform open to all the contractors. Unified information standards, plus combined with general contracting management mechanism for BIM information flow process, to optimize the public resource scheduling, multi professional collaborative management, production planning, co-ordination and so on. With the improvement of information, networking, intelligent methods and means, targeted at the general contract management, improved the efficiency of management by improving the efficiency of information.
