Abstract:
Currently, in segment production plants factory, management and quality monitoring information is usually recorded with notebook in the workshop, including the number of production, inventory stock number, material quantity and quality monitoring information.Data are not typed into the computer until back to the office.Furthermore, during production, storage and transportation, there are problems like access to information, data re-entry, tracking, delivery delay and errors, resulting in a waste of labor and raw materials costs.2D barcode is a promising technology that can be effectively used for data collection and viewing during stacking and transportation.Currently, RFID technology has achieved a lot of research fruits, but meanwhile encountered many problems in practical ap. plications, and as a result, it can't realize large-scale promotion in the segment production. This paper studies tested two-dimensional code and proposes segment production management system based on two-dimensional code technology.

Abstract:
The foundation pit dewatering of subway station during excavation is an important part of the work progress. However, the job location of the subway station is generally located in the region of high population flow, and the foundation pit dewatering always brings some bad influence on the surroundings. So the foundation pit dewatering should be studied and analyzed.Based on a metro station of Line No.6 of Wuhan Metro, this paper explains the change law of surrounding building settlement and deformation of retaining structures by using the practical nonitoring data during the process of foundation pit dewatering.Main conclusions are as below:1) in terms of the influence of surrounding buildings, the effect of external foundation pit dewatering is much bigger than that of internal foundation pit dewatering; 2) the effect of external foundation pit dewatering can reduce the active earth pressure of the foundation pit lateral in some degree, and then reduce deformation of retaining structures; 3) the soil property and condition of foundation pit dewatering would have a great impact on the deformation of retaining structures.

Abstract:
Visualization of building models is an important way for digital modeling technologies to realize information exchanges and sharing among different specialties, while direct, efficient and accurate model display is a powerful guarantee for the successful completion of the projects. At present, Revit realizes the 3D region model by the function of "section box".But this function is affected by the size of the model and the limit of the configura-tion.In practical application process.we need to rotate the model view and stretch the boundaries of the section box repeatedly, which is inefficient.Based on those, the key points of the application of Revit model visualization technology are analysed.Based on the development of RevitAPI technology, a new way of displaing 3D view which is based on the spatial location is proposed. Then the key technologies are introduceed and some application examples of an assembly type steel structure are demonstrated. This method provides a reference for the development of other technologies about BIM software.

Abstract:
Shield method construction. as a kind of safe and effective method of tunnel construction. plays a positive role in the construction of urban rail transit in our country. However, an interval, including partial hard rock section. iS difficult for shield tunneling machine to push forward. When the hard rock drivage reaches a certain length. we usually use "shield law" + "mines" composite construction method. Although this method can improve the construction speed and reduce the construction risk, but also causes many problems. According to the actual situation of Wuhan subway construction, this paper introduces the key technologies and quality control measures of shield to shield, shield advance and receiving phase with good results in the weathered mudstone formation of the hollow push mining method in tunnel construction, providing a useful reference for similar projects.

Abstract:
Design is a process of continuous development and intensification, in which originality and form mix and collide with each other constantly, and ultimately reach a balance. This is also the reflection of the quality of design. Efficiency and quality have different emphases at different stages of design. At the initial stage, a great deal of information needs to be collected and integrated to reach a conclusion. By reasonable and goal-directed collection, effective cooperation, independent and concentrated thinking, and data organization, high efficiency is realized. At the stage of intensification. the dynamic integration of "form" and "connotation" is emphasized. Based on accumulation and summary as well as personalized analysis of the form and connotation and by virtue of diversified methods of looking for the connotation, intuitive paths of thinking are put forward. Furthermore, timely communication among the participants in the plan can be guaranteed through a perfect cooperative system. This can guarantee the quality and enhance the efficiency simultaneously. Although a good method can improve the efficiency of design, it still cannot change the essence of design. Only by learning, practicing and thinking continuously can one design excellent works.

Abstract:
The traditional plywood can't shape space concrete structure, and therefore, this article puts forward the concrete construction technology for 3D curved cantilever structure. This construction technology uses the supporting system of "steel plate" plus "steel keel" to prevent deformation during construction, uses steel plate cutting and assembly techniques to solve the problems of irregular changes in the surface normal direction, and uses computer 3D modeling to carry out detailed design and sample processing for the structural steel keel, which makes T-shaped steel keel structure accurately simulate the irregular changes in the longitudinal direction. Making full use of the drainage hole of the structure itself to enhance the whole modeling supporting system, this technology guarantees that the structural curve keeps smooth to meet the high standards of concrete appearances.

This article describes the construction process in advance of shield tunneling segment through a series of problems existing in the corresponding solutions, and analyzes the track surface during construction on the 2nd line of settlement and the existing station building subsidence case of using shield empty push impact on the existing tunnel. Based on Wuhan metro Line 6 tunnel, this article carries out a systematic analysis on the early application of the existing tunnel excavation method and the shield push with no-load. On this basis, the article dissusses the shield tunneling segment results from the rail surface setflement of the existing track and station building cumulative settlement. The project also uses a special precipitation and strengthening programs to reduce the impact of the construction process on the existing line operator and provides a useful reference for similar engineering.
