摘要:本文提出了“深化设计—工厂预制—虚拟预装配模型一体化”的装配式机电精细化BIM模型控制设计方案,详细介绍了装配式机电BIM模型在深化设计、预制加工、装配安装等流程中的精细化控制技术,并结合实际项目进行了成功应用,通过BIM模型的精细化控制技术在提高BIM模型精准度的同时,大大提高了施工效率,为装配式机电安装精度提供了有力保障。
Abstract: This paper proposes a refined control design scheme of BIM model for prefabricated MEP system, namely the integrated model of Design Development - Factory Prefabrication - Virtual Prefabrication and Assembly. In the paper, the refined control technology of BIM model for PC MEP system in design development, prefabrication, assembly and installation is introduced in details, and has been successfully applied in practical projects. The refined control technology of BIM model has significantly improved the precision of BIM model, and meanwhile enhanced the construction efficiency as well, which provides a strong guarantee for the accurate PC MEP system installation.
