[Abstract](857) [FullText HTML] (984) [PDF 2046KB](6)
Abstract:
New national codes including Code for seismic design of buildings, Code for design of concrete structures and Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building have been published in 2010. A lot of items have been revised base on latest achievements of scientific research and earthquake damage research. How these changes affect structure index and the area of steel reinforcement become the main concern to structural designers. In this paper, a frame structure is analyzed and designed by the new SATWE program and the old one, analyzed and designed results such as overall indexes and the area of steel reinforcement are listed and compared and the following conclusions can be drawn: the beam moment of inertia magnify method, calculation of torsional displacement ratio, considering stairs are the main factors contributing to the overall index difference; the use of high strength steel reinforcement, seismic design grade of structural members, modification of column internal force, calculation of shear capability and checking of serviceability limit states are the main factors contributing to the area of steel reinforcement. The conclusions can be a reference for designers.

Abstract:
This article proposes an accounting model of carbon emissions of construction materials products by a careful analysis of related researches of carbon emissions accounting of construction materials products in the world. Especially, this paper makes a special effort to analyze the source of construction materials products' carbon emissions in different stages. Also, the calculating methods of carbon emissions in different stages are defined in this paper. And autoclaved fly ash brick is taken as an example to verify the calculating methods. Then the outcome reveals that the analysis of carbon source of construction materials products and the corresponding calculating methods are feasible. Simultaneously, the impact of production technology on carbon emissions of construction materials products can be determined through the calculating. Moreover, special improvements can be put forward to optimize the production technology of raw materials of construction materials products. By doing the research in this paper, it is hoped that the research has its significance to the future study of accounting of carbon emissions of building materials.

Abstract:
During the BIM implementation process, we found that the BIM application more or less will have an impact on the traditional project process. The organizational theory of project management tells us, if diagnosing project management of a construction project, the first is to analyze its organization and processes, because the processes reflect the the dynamic logical relationship of the various tasks of the project organization. This article is intended to investigate BIM application and its improvement of project organizational process, which is to provide a reference for BIM implementation planning.
